Become an
Explorer in the oldest and most unique desert in the world. This harsh but
pristine landscape where the wind’s of the Namib directs and produces a
muted spectacle of nature. Creating an infinite variety of designs and
patterns and knife-edge ridges of arcs and parabolas. This is where we will
introduce you to the frontline struggle between the icy Atlantic Ocean and
the harsh Namib Desert. |
| We equip our ”explorers” with fully automatic
quad bikes for which you need no prior experience. This is also the
preferred vehicle of choice to access areas normally inaccessible to other
vehicles. The renowned Sidewinder of the dune fields is but a hint of the
surprise’s that lurks in the desert sands |

The dune sea teems with a multitude of
insects and animals. These remarkable dune dwellers live their whole lives
in permanent contact with grains of sand. Their ties to this habitat are so
binding that they cannot exist without it. Evolution has adapted these
creatures in a complex array of extraordinary body structures, functions and
behavioral traits. Just a little taste of what you can expect to hear and to
see!

We conclude the tour with a scenic
drive from the eastern dune field to the west, where it ends as the dunes
dip down to meet the waves of the Atlantic ocean and celebrate the end of
the tour with a glass of Champagne!!
