qualified instructors (like us !) may do

You will
first learn how a glider works, after
which the alphine launch will be
demonstrated. Then you will practice this
and before long you will be going up the
dune for your first ground skimming flight
! Be warned: After the first attempt
you will be hooked on paragliding for life
