A hiking adventure for the nature lover!
Travel through the wide open spaces and unpolluted skies of Namibia on a hiking adventure
to take you through the wonders of Nature! Start
on the edge of the Kalahari desert where you
will explore the longest - and driest - cave in Namibia. Cross over to the wide open spaces of
the Namib Desert, and end with a hike through the highest sand dunes in the world at Sossusvlei.
This was originally a very popular camping/hiking safari, but due to the entire hiking adventure
only being of ten days' duration, previous guests were of the opinion that too much time is spent
on camping routine, when there is so much to see on the hikes - which normally requires a lot of
time. Therefore, on public request, we have changed this very popular eco-hiking adventure
into a fully accommodated safari. Every possible hour of daylight, can now be utilized on highly
rewarding hikes and walks through Namibia.
GENERAL INFORMATION
This hiking adventure will depart from Windhoek, Namibia, on any day of the Guests' choice,
and end again in Windhoek, 10 days later. (Ten days and nine nights). Hikers will enjoy exploring
a cave and the surrounding plains; join scenic drives; climb the sand dunes of the Namib & return
home, relaxed and rested - with a feeling that this was a true holiday, and the Memory Maker of
a lifetime!
