14-day luxury safari

   Originally compiled for painters, writers, poets and song writers, this safari
   attracted much attention, but in slightly different, personalized variations of
    the itinerary and time available. Based on public interest, we have decided
to compile a cross-cut of the most popular, requested itineraries & presenting
                       it as a luxury version of our wilderness safaris

GENERAL OVERVIEW

As the name implies, this safari includes most of Namibia's wilderness areas. Starting along
the formidable Skeleton Coast and the ancient sites of the northern Namib desert in & around
the Messum Crater. This safari will continue into the wilderness of Kaokoveld, which includes
Damaraland and Kaokoland, as far north as the Epupa Falls in the Kunene River, the northern-
most border of Namibia with Angola to meet the nomadic, ochre-coloured Ova-Himba.

Finally, a complete change of scenery as you visit the Khomas Hochland (our central highlands)
and the central/southern Namib Desert. Visit and climb some of the highest sand dunes found in
the world at Sossusvlei. Experience the ever-changing colours of this pristine wilderness as the
sun rises in the sky. Wander through time as you explore the geologically historic Sesriem Gorge,
then "imprint" the vastness of the Namib in your mind before ending your visit in early nineteenth
century luxury - a German Castle, situated high above the Windhoek skyline and offering a view
of the setting sun being invited into the folds of the distant Khomas Hochland on the horizon.

Included in the price of this safari, is an excursion into the wilderness of Damaraland to join the
local Save the Rhino Trust trackers on their daily routine of tracking and monitoring the Black
Rhino - the only place on earth where the Black Rhino still roams free - without fence or reserve!

This safari will start at Namibia's International airport, & end there again 14 days later. Booking
is open from January to December. Departure dates are determined on request with the only pre-
requisite being a minimum of two guests per booking. (The current price of this safari, however,
will only be valid until 31 October 2008).
